I had an MVA for a mmc on the 25th of Feb. A scan after this showed I retained 1cm of tissue and I continued to have positive pregnancy tests for two weeks after this. Two weeks ago, I had a follow up scan which showed my uterus lining was thin and according to the doctor looked like a uterus of someone who had just finished their period.
A week ago I had a negative test and I have been doing OPKs over the last 3 weeks but they haven't showed I've ovulated. However yesterday and today, it feels like my period has started. Quite heavy bleeding but more pink and red and I'm having back and stomach cramps.
I wasnt sure how my period could start after still having positive tests two weeks ago and then my uterus lining also looking thin. On the off chance I've done a pregnancy test which shows a very faint line however this would only be a week after conception so would explain the faint line but not the bleeding.
Has anyone had any similar experiences. I can't even feel like I can be excited due to the bleeding and uncertainty if it is positive.
