Progesterone levels day after ovulation

Hello, long story short, I was booked in to have my progesterone levels checked on CD22 of my cycle. I ended up getting a positive OPK 2 and 3 days before I got my bloods drawn, my ovulation was later than expected.

I haven't spoken to a doctor yet but can see my levels were 17.6. I'm not sure when I actually ovulated, I suspect a day or 2 before the blood test.

Does anyone know what the expected levels should be a day or so after suspected ovulation? Google isn't giving me many answers. And I know it's probably too soon after potential ovulation to tell if my levels are okay but would like to get at least an indication.

Hi OP, very similar happened to me - I ovulated the day before my progesterone blood test (I would ovulate like clockwork on CD14 and sod's law that month was the first time ever it was CD19, I think due to massive work stress). My level came back at 11 and when I asked fertility consultant about this (GP was useless) she said that was absolutely fine for 1dpo.
