OPK help

On cycle 2, day 9 and decided to try an OPK but I'm confused with the results.

The second line is supposed to be the control line but the test line is much darker. Is this a positive test? Have never seen the test line darker than the control before.

Yip, it's a positive. If test line is same darkness or darker than control line, its a positive x

That's very positive! To confirm ovulation it's best to also do basal body temperature (BBT) monitoring. Keep testing with the OPKs for a few days to make sure the LH goes back down. Sometimes your body can 'try' to ovulate but not quite manage it and so you'll get another peak when it tries again.

Are you 100% not pregnant? The only time my opk has been this positive is when I'm pregnant. Also is it normal for you to get your peak so early in your cycle?

@Cakelaur Definitely not pregnant as had af for 5 days. Did a test on the date af was due and it was negative - then arrived 3 days late (which is unusual for me as I'm usually very regular).

I got days wrong and it's actually day 12 of my cycle 😂 but I usually would ovulate around day 15 previously.

Ahh, then maybe it's just a super ovulation!! Go jump your man!!! 😂

It's went down today 😂🙌 so strange I've never seen it as dark before. Hopefully a good sign 🤞

Eek!! It's weird that some months the surge is stronger I guess. 🤷‍♀️ good stuff. Hopefully you're now entering the TWW!!

Yup!! I see it!! I got my bfp today too!!
