Hi all, I need some advice please.. I am currently 12dpo after taking letrozole and trigger shot and I took a test this evening and got what we think is a start of a line?.. what do you all think? The photo was taken well within the time frame. As you can imagine we've got everything crossed but don't want to get too excited..

I can see a line, but when I have had a trigger shot I have sometimes still tested positive (very faint, but definitely there) 12-13 days after...so that would be my only warning! Everything crossed that this is the start of your BFP though 🤞😊

Hi Smile, omg! I thought this could be linked to the trigger too! I had it 14 days ago today and when I tested a few days ago it was a complete negative but this is my first time with a trigger so my body could be acting up!! I do hate being a female sometimes!! X

Hi! If you’ve tested the trigger out of your system and seen that you’ve had a negative then I would say it’s looking pretty good! Give it a couple of days and test again, but I really really hope it works out for you...trying to get pregnant and not being able to is SO tough, being a woman is dreadful! My husband and I had blood tests today to start IVF next month and he fainted from his...thank goodness men aren’t the ones who have to have the treatment and have the babies...! 😂 good luck with your test, really hope it’s your positive 😊 x

I used those strips when TTC and when I wasn't pregnant there was absolutely no line at all. But when I I was pregnant, the line started off very similar to the line in your picture.

I was thinking the strips might be unreliable when I got my line because those strips are cheaper but I personally think they indicated my pregnancy well before the expensive tests!

Do another in a couple of days to see if the line gets stronger x

I see a line op, no squinting needed!
Was this with a FMU? If not get testing with a FRER test in the morning 😀❤️

VixFromThe6ix · 26/03/2021 03:46

I also see the line. Congratulations!!

Aimee91 · 26/03/2021 07:39

Hi everyone.. thank you so much for your comments they mean so much!!.. I tested shortly after having the trigger and it was of course a positive (I was just curious) and then I tested on 9dpo and it was completely negative and tbh I thought I was out!.. I tested last night around 8pm and got a faint line and then this morning which is 12dpo we got a very clear BFP on a clear blue. I'm just hoping this time works out for us.. I will keep you posted. That TWW is such a cruel time especially during a lockdown lol x

Hey, thanks for checking in Thanks. So far so good. I'm currently 5w5d and today I done my first clear blue which said I am 2-3 which adds up as I ovulated 3 weeks yesterday. We've booked a scan at 7w so I'm hoping we will get to see our little bean and hear a heart beat. It's so scary isn't it?the unknown is such a brutal thing to deal with. My tests have got ALOT darker and the symptoms I have over power the urge to test every single day which is what I was doing before and drove myself to insanity!! I will keep you posted in 2 weeks time.. happy Easter xx

Hey everyone.. I went for a reassurance scan today and it wasn't exactly reassuring!! I thought I was 7w1d but the clinic had me down for 6w6d as they've done it from triggering but I'm measuring behind.. we saw the flickering heart and heart it but very faintly and they've asked me to come back in 7 days but I'm so worried!! Does this mean it's going down hill? Or could I have implanted late? My GS is 13.6mm and CTR 0.38mm (if that's usual for anyone) xx

Hi Aimee, oh bless you, I know it’s so hard but I would really try not to worry about it until your scan next week. I think this is probably quite common with early scans, at this stage being a few days out makes a big difference to development, but by the regular 12 week scan a few days isn’t such a big proportion of the pregnancy. Other than the scan, you have no reason to think you have any problem so take a deep breath and hopefully your little bean will be more developed and stronger next week. Happy to PM if you think it would help. Got everything crossed for you, stay positive xx
