12 days late - Negative Tests

Hi all!
Me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant for 10 months. Before that I rarely had periods due to different birth control I had been using over the years (implant for four years, injections for a year, POP pill for 6 months) I've had four consecutive periods since October 2020 with my cycle being between 35 and 37 days long.
I was due to get my period 12 days ago. Every test I have taken so far is negative.
For a few days I felt really nauseous with a horrible metallic taste in my mouth. I've been very tired, but honestly I'm tired a lot of the time. And just in the past few days my nipples have gotten a little sensitive. Not painful or achy, just more sensitive than normal.
I have an appointment in June with a fertility specialist I have been seeing when my periods weren't regular. But I'm tempted to get a GP appointment soon.
Has anyone got any advice or similar stories?
Has anyone been pregnant and it not show up on a home test?
