Hi all. Not sure if this has already posted as I tried to send it earlier. This is 2nd iui, 1st round ended in a chemical pregnancy. Do you think this could still be my trigger? I know nobody knows for sure but your thoughts would be appreciated. Emotional rollercoaster Confused

Hi @ODAAT260718 I know that the trigger can remain in your system for 14 days (so could be your trigger) but my opinion is that the test isn't faint enough for that- I think it is a bfp but don't want to say congratulations in case it's not and I get your hopes up. If it were me I would be optimistic though!

ODAAT260718 · 24/03/2021 10:44

@LondonladyTTC thank you. I tested again this morning but not a FRER and there was still a line. 9.30pm tonight is 14 days exactly so I feel like I should test again tonight.

Did this end up being a bfp? I am 2 days post IUI (first) and sure I won’t last until 14 days to test!

ODAAT260718 · 10/04/2021 18:16

Yes it did. I am 6 weeks now. Have a scan next week, which is a relief. Good luck with your journey.

Excellent news, congrats.
I do love to hear a success story.
I’ve read a lot of IUIS don’t work the first time so I’m trying not to get too excited yet.
Hope your scan goes well.

My 1st worked but ended in a chemical and 2nd has been successful so there is hope. Xx
