Think this isnt the month for me 😔 11dpo. I keep staring at it seeing if I can see a line but I know there isn't. So gutted, my cycles are so long and irregular not sure how long till I ovulate again

@Frankie2015 sorry I don't see anything just now but 11dpo is still super early I think a lot of people it shows up around 12-14dpo so you're not out yet!! 🤞🏻 for you

Yes sorry Frankie, I don't see a line either, but 11 DPO is still really early. I'm currently 8 DPO and getting itchy fingers, even though I'm not due AF for another week.

I don't remember date watching this much last time, I have DS, age 2.5, maybe its because with lockdown there's not as much to do as before to distract me!

@ohhisammi it's not the month for me I've done a few test since and all BFN. I'm now CD35 and no sign of AF so frustrating as my cycle is just all over the place, I had a hormonal blood test but came back normal so not sure what's next! Got another call with the doctor on Friday xx

Anyone else trying to distract themselves to stop testing too early? Today is 13 DPO and I promised myself I wouldn't test early as it only makes me upset. I already caved and tested on day 10, BFN, but that's really early I realise.

I'm only 2DPO and trying to stay relaxed and not think about it too much this time.

Have you had any symptoms? Xx

Tender breasts, but could just be premenstrual though I guess. I'm thrown by a friend telling me she had a dream I was pregnant a 2 weeks ago. That friend doesn't know we're actively trying though so it'd be really weird if I was!

I still don't know!! Tested this morning, period 1 day late, there's was a very faint line, but super faint. I thought by that stage it should be quite dark. Didn't take a picture, will retest tomorrow and fingers crossed its darker.

I thought if it was a chemical pregnancy I'd have got my period by now. Dont get me wrong, I'm really excited and surprised, but it was so faint I don't want to get my hopes up!

When I have had chemical pregnancies I spotted for 4 days, have you had any spotting?

Nope, no spotting at all, I was feeling sick all day yesterday so I did have hopes, nothing today though. Fingers crossed though, thank you for replying!

Here's this morning test, 16 DPO, the darker line (C) is the control, the lighter line (T) is the test. Its about the same as yesterday. I used the same tests, industrial tests, when I had my DS and it was as dark as the control 14DPO.

I took this photo after the time and it has darkened to what it was in the 3 min. No spotting, cramps or anything else. Guess I'll just wait a week and see what happens. I hate being in this limbo stage!!

That looks like a pretty good line to me! Maybe try a FRER or even a clear blue digital might work at 16dpo x

I think I'm just always the pessimist! I work in a hospital and see a lot of worse case scenarios across the board. I'll see what other tests I can get thanks.

When I had my DS I'd convinced myself there would be nothing at the 12 week scan, just in case something was wrong and I was surprised when there was a baby there! My thoughts were better to be pleasantly surprised that devastated if things weren't OK. Now I write that out it sounds a bit twisted and weird!

This is our 3rd cycle..
I had my copper coil out at the end of January 2021 and my periods are regular and I am ovulating every month..

Currently I am taking vitamins and tracking my cycle with BBT and OPKS

Currently 5 dpo..hope this is our cycle!!!

That's a good line @TheLovleyChebbyMcGee 🤗 totally understand your thinking, I do the same, I don't even discuss my pregnancies before 13 weeks, just wait for something to go wrong, it's terrible sad really how hard it can be to enjoy the early stages . Best of luck 😊

@Mum2Girls19 I am 6dpo today a o we should be testing around the same time. Have you had any symptoms yet?

Thanks Lollipop! I tested again today, not first morning wee, DS was up at 5.30 am and fuck trying to pee into a cup at that time of day! Line is still there, darker than yesterday, so maybe I am after all. Still no symptoms or spotting either.

@Mum2Girls19 I always spot slightly by 10dpo if AF coming so going to try and wait it out and see if spotting starts which will be 4th but I usually cave and test 9dpo!

I stopped testing over the weekend and relaxed a bit and this mornings test was darker than before, so guess I'm pregnant! Very surprised as I'm fat and nearly 40, I though it would take longer, there is a long way to go though, thanks for the support!

@Kat668 We've been very lucky. I've sort of lost count, but technically, 3? I got my mirena out at the start of November and we started TTC straight away then took a break for 3 months from late Dec through to late Feb, then got straight back on it.

I joined this thread as I though I was in for the long haul, given my age and weight.
