Hi hun! I'm 6dpo now ready for AF to come a week today, its definitely not happened this cycle as I've got all my pre period symptoms! Ready for my next cycle to start on 29th March !! 😍 next cycle is mine!! Xx

I’m 6dpo after doing SMEP. I’m not hopeful cos I feel fine except for some cramps, my nipples being slightly sensitive(who knows if this is normal or not cos I’ve never paid attention!) and I feel tired but what’s new there 😂. I quite liked SMEP because it gave me a proper plan!

I'm CD5.. going to try SMEP for the first time this cycle. My cycle is around 32 days, does anyone know when we should start dtd?

Hi ladies, I’m intrigued in this as I’ve been doing some reading

TTC #2 cycle 2 (last cycle was fresh off the pill)

Is an OPK kit really needed? As I’m only cycle 2 I kinda wanna keep it chill but also like the idea of a ‘plan’ as it were but my husband can have nights away sporadically so it might not be work for us but I guess we will need to try.

So yeah, intrigued if we can maybe just repeat the cycle for 2 weeks instead of OPK-into but I’m new to this!

So I think I'm out. I ovulated on CD8 had all the signs of ewcm and cramping but I didn't take an OPK. I thought it was way to early as usually I get a positive CD12. Then I got my ovulation cramps on CD10. We only dtd CD8 and CD10 :(

On to next month!!
