Exercising ttc

Hi,

I am struggling to get answers from Google but is road cycling for women likely to have an impact on ttc? I would like to get back into running and cycling but read about cycling setting off the 'fight or flight' chemicals which may interfere with ttc. Anyone know of anyone who runs or cycles occasionally (not religiously!) who has got pregnant when trying or had it affect ttc?
Any advice welcomed!

Er, of course. In general the fitter and healthier you are, the better for ttc. The idea that exercising can set off "fight or flight hormones" that would stop you from conceiving just sounds faintly ludicrous.

Worked out before, during and after all my pregnancies; conceived straightaway and had easy births.
