Ovulation cramps/ twinges

Heya ladies,

I was hoping someone could help me or advise if they've had similar. I have been TTC and I'm on my 2nd cycle. I have been using clear blue digital ovulation kits, got my high fertility on 15th and then peak on 16th and 17th, though yesterday (18th) I got a lot of wet cervical mucus - sorry if TMI but we are all women. I wondered if I could've ovulated yesterday rather than on the 17th which was predicted by the kit.

Today I've had weird twinges in my ovaries which I've not experienced before despite having endometriosis and being used to horrible pains.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? What could this be? I don't think it's anything to worry about, I'm just intrigued as I've never been off the contraceptive pill since I was 15 and I'm now 27.

Many thanks in advance and baby dust to those who need it x

You ovulate 12-48 hours after a peak OPK. So yes, it can very easily have been CD18. LH falls very quickly just before ovulation and then even further after. CM dries up very quickly (for me at least) after ovulation.
I think you're very much noticing a lot more symptoms now you're ttc. Only way to confirm is by temping.

@NoCallerID thank you for your reply! I'm so new to everything and really don't know how my body works at the moment, it's so alien. Sadly I've had to take oral contraceptives to control the severity of endometriosis. Thank you for explaining that to me, it's really appreciated. I'm definitely symptom spotting but I've tried not to this time round as it can become something you get obsessed with. I've never done temping before but may start doing it if I don't fall pregnant. Thank you
