AS A MIDWIFERY SISTER ABOUT TO UNDERGO ICSI CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY PCT AREAS ARE NOT UP TO DATE WITH UPDATED NICE GUIDANCE (FERTILITY) WITH ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA. I AM 36 YEARS OF AGE AND AM HAVING ICSI OWING TO MY PARTNER HAVING ANTI SPERM ANTIBODIES PRESENT AFTER A VASECTOMY REVERSAL. I ALSO AM ANNOYED THAT HIM HAVING TWO BOYS FROM A PREVIOUS MARRIAGE GOES AGAINST ME NEVER HAVING BEEN PREGNANT BEFORE. HAVING HAD A VASECTOMY WAS THE CORRECT DECISION FOR HIM AT THE TIME THAT HIS WIFE WANTED NO FURTHER CHILDREN.
