Never seen a proper evap until today

I took a test about a week ago, there was an instant line before the control line but it dried with like a dye run so I chucked it and put down to a faulty test.

Emptied bin today and saw the test and what an evap!

No real reason for the post just shocked as in 2 years nearly I’ve never seen an evap quite like it! The one I did the day before this test had no line at all!

That looks like a positive to me. Have you taken a test since?

@Eminybob not since no. My temp rose after the test and has stayed up but before it showed no sign of ovulation.

Errrm... do you think you should maybe test again?

Is this test supposed to look like a plus or just the one line in the window? I can't see and faint line if it is supposed to look like a plus but if it's ment to only have 1 line for pregnant then your pregnant that's no evap lol x

Er yeah so that's a BFP....either that or it was a chemical pregnancy

Just seen the 3rd photo attached! That's defiantly a line

I didn’t think to test again tbh as my temp was still in the low range. Only tested as had no sign of AF if I was going by my normal cycle length if that makes sense.

I’ll go get some tests later and do one in the morning. Going by my bbt chart I ovulated later and only 7DPO today.

Wishing you luck!! I'm going through a similar thing, I tested this morning but didn't catch the results in the time frame because I was distracted by my 2yr old but this is my test and I'm not sure if the line is an evap or a positive???

So no super strong BFP so that CB was definitely a freaky evap!

FRER has a super faint line though, too faint to really get on camera. Suspect possibly indent but I’ll do a FRER with FMU as my boobs have been evilly sore today.

I had a CB that was blank after 3 mins. I chucked it in the bin and went away for the weekend. When I came back, I emptied the bin, and it was positive.

That child is now 4 years old!

I agree that you would expect the FRER to be stronger if the CB was a true positive, but on the other hand you didn't do with the FRER with fmu...
