BFP?

Hi guys

Me and my partner have been trying for a baby for about 4 months. I've done a few tests in previous months with clear blue and always seen a vv faint line but I think it's always been an evap line.

I am due on my period in 2 days but have been getting symptoms such as slight twinges in my stomach, really achy boobs and feeling a bit emotional. I decided to do a test this morning and a line appeared after about 2 mins. Does this look like a positive? I used first response as I heard they were more reliable than clear blue.

The pic is taken about 30 mins after the test but the line has been the same since it started showing after 2 mins of doing it. Not going to get my hopes up but just want to know your opinions so that I can be more careful - I have a crazy dog who likes to jump around a lot!

I should add that the line is a bit more pronounced in real life and looks more pink than grey

@bages1977 I can definitely see a line, I have had an evap from first response before when I looked at the test after half an hour but it had no colour it was just grey. So if it has colour I would say it's positive x

I see a line, but as you’ve had issues with read lines before I would probably wait until you’re due on then confirm with a digital!

Ok thank you guys. It's such a frustrating time waiting isn't it. I have a digital Clear Blue one also and some of the cheap Boots testing strips. Maybe I'll wait a couple of days and try the Boots strips then if that shows a line I'll go for the plunge with the digital.

I'll just be strict with the dog for now as a precaution 😂

That can't be an evap it's way too obvious... I'd say positive!

Yeah it does seem darker than the ones I've had in the past! I'll do another on Friday or Saturday and see what happens x

Thanks everyone ☺️ still trying to not get too excited about it until I do another test on Friday/Saturday. Fingers crossed!

Just an update, I did another test this morning and a digital and both have come back positive and the line is now much darker than the one o did on Wednesday.
