Okay so if i have a bleed about 34 days ago and got an ultrasound and all I saw was a sac measuring 4 mm, would it be possible i got pregnant about 32/31 days ago? can Gestation age be the same as fetal age? or would I be about 6 weeks at this point?

Would you have still been bleeding then? If first day of period is day 1, most people ovulate approx 2 weeks later - this can vary but on average. The chances of conceiving on day 3/4 would be minuscule. It does depend on your body though x

Also, you 'count' how pregnant you are from day 1 of period, however most actually conceive 2 weeks later.

yes I had sex then about 2 days later I got my period for about 4/5 days. I tested positive a few days ago and then got an hcg test and ultrasound and there was just a gestation sac no yolk sac or fetal pole, so i was wondering if it was from before or after my bleed.

Did you have sex after your bleed? Its more likely to have been conceived afterwards

yes i think so, about 15/20 days ago I want to say. I just thought that my hcg level of 170 would have made more sense for sex that happened about 34 days ago rather than 15/20 days ago.

Your hcg levels sound about right for 20 days so I would take it you are 4-5 weeks pregnant so too early to see anything on an ultrasound

If you were 7 weeks pregnant I.e before bleed your hcg would be in the thousands

yeah but if i started my period and then got pregnant a day before or a day after from sperm living inside of me wouldnt it all match up? like with seeing nothing and my hcg levels?

No it matches up that you conceived 2 to 3 weeks ago not more than 5 weeks ago. You are overthinking this. Only a repeat scan in 2 weeks will assure you not stranger's on the Internet
