Hi Im new to this but just had my coil out trying for #4.
Im 34 and never had to track ovulation or anything..
2 out of 3 were accidents 🙈 and my other was conceived first month after stopping the pill. I've not had a period in 3 years due to the coil so haven't got a clue what my cycle is lol
Is anyone else trying for #4 or not tracking as such?
