what should you see on an ultrasound 30 days after conception? I saw just a gestation sac, how many dpo is that usually?

You won't be able to know how many dpo it is. Apart from just guessing. So you'd have to guess 30 dpo if it's 30 days past conception.
Which would make you around 5 to 5 and a half weeks pregnant.
Sometimes it's possible to see a heartbeat. Sometimes it isn't.
We're you not roughly dated at your scan?

Meme69 · 15/03/2021 18:13

If you have a standard 28 day cycle then you would only be 4weeks and 2 days pregnant and they often don't see a lot until you are at least 5 weeks and the heartbeat at 6 weeks. I'd say just seeing the gestational sac is about right

30 days after conception would have another 14 days before conception on top technically too. So it'd be 44 days of pregnancy roughly. Which is around 6 weeks

Not a great deal I’d imagine! Hope everything is ok OP

I mean I had sex 30 days ago, so i was wondering if being 4 weeks past fetal age it would be normal to just see a gestation sac about 4 mm?

When was your LMP?

And if you had sex 30 days ago, conception could've happened up to 5 days after that.

A sac at 4mm would only be around 4weeks

Oodilallygolly · 15/03/2021 18:53

Did they tell you anything was wrong during the scan? If not, there’s your answer!

A sac at 4mm would only be around 4weeks

Which would equal ovulation/conception around 2 weeks ago

If that was 10th Feb and you had sex 30 days ago?
Which would be around 13th Feb.

If the start last period was 10th Feb, that would make you 4 weeks pregnant, roughly. Which means you ovulated straight after your period 🤔

would that make sense? can you get pregnant right after your period and have your GA age be the same as fetal age? or would they have added 2 weeks?
