Having a rubbish time with cheap opks, on CD15 and still no surge. I got a clear blue digital opk pack, the pink one, not the 'advanced' purple one.
I was thinking I could test with it tomorrow and if it's a blank face I will just assume I missed my peak and stop testing, but can I use the same holder next month? I will have 9 test strips left which would be fine, but would it mess up the holder if I stop testing after 1 day this month and then start again next month?

I bought this type and it came with 20 strips - I intend to use it over 3 cycles. I assume it will just be down to how long the batteries last and I’d be surprised if they wouldn’t last a few months. Good luck.

Yes, I've always done this - but with the purple one - over 3, maybe even 4 months as have shorter cycles. The first one you do each month will always be a blank circle as it checks your baseline. Hopefully the pink one is the same. Good luck

@Noodella18 you can use the same holder for the remaining strips. When those strips run out you need to by the holder and strips again. So you can’t use new strips with the old holder basically but is fine to finish off the pack 😀

Thanks for the info everyone! Especially for the heads up that the first one will always be blank @Jeds55 , that's useful because it makes t pointless testing today so I'll just hang on til next month :)

I used two boxes of test strips over 4 months, with the original reader from box 1.
