TTC for 4 years.. Bleeding with high temps

Hoping someone can help me.

Started bleeding a day before my period was due which isn't completely unusual for me and my temp dropped below the cover line on the same day so i just assumed it hadn't happened for us this month. However my temps have then just shot back up the next day to where they were and have stayed the same for the past 3 days. I also haven't bled quite the same as normal. Usually I'm heavy for 2 days (with serious cramps) and then slowly lighten for the next 3 days until it's finished. This time my first day i had cramps with a normal amount of bleeding then light for 3 days with no cramps at all and now I'm not bleeding.

I know I'm most likely not pregnant but it's just my temperature is so confusing! Why has is gone and stayed so high?! My sleeping hasn't changed, i don't drink and I'm not unwell.

I don't want to get my hopes up and test to just see another negative. This journey is becoming so hard to continue. Sad

Hey! Sorry to hear your having a tough time. I notice you mention painful periods, have they always been painful? High temps during your period can be a sign of endometriosis, the high temps is caused by the inflammation caused by endo. That might also explain your painful periods and fertility struggles. Try looking at Nancy's Nook for more info on endo.

All the best xx

I know it's hard but you could always take a test to rule in/out pregnancy 🙂 at least then you'll know what's what xx
