Period after miscarriage

I had a miscarriage that finished at the start of February. A few weeks after, I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative so the hospital said it was finished. Now, I’ve had a little bleeding today, but no cramps or anything so unsure if it is my first period? Wanting to know so I can tack my ovulation again but it doesn’t feel like a normal period. No tender breasts, maybe a little mood swings but that is it. Anyone else experienced this?

So sorry about your loss ☹️ After both my miscarriages my period was 2 days late, but still “normal” for me. I would be forgiving though, it could take your body a bit of time to adjust and get back on track 💕

Sorry for your loss. After my miscarriage I had two very short light periods before I had a normal one again, also with none of the usual signs I normally get. Hope they settle back to normal for you soon

@JojoBeans2021 So sorry for your loss. 💔
I've had the exact same. MC which passed naturally, bleeding ended around 10th December. 3 weeks after that, I started spotting (which I never normally do) from the 29th-1st. I thought it was a light period but something felt "off" because I didn't have cramps, backache etc and the spotting was ranging from light to dark brown. On the 2nd I started my normal period, normal flow, bright red blood, cramps, the lot.
I now think the 4 days of spotting before that was tiny amounts of retained tissue from the MC.
This was somewhat confirmed because I ovulated 15 days after the 2nd (when I felt my normal period started) which is the norm for me.
Sorry for the long explanation, I guess I just wanted to say that I've been where you are and not to worry just now but keep an eye on things. 🙂
