Blood tinged cm??

Hi everyone! This is cycle of ttc for me. I'm on cd13 today and have had some cm with blood in it, brownish red colour but not bleeding, it's only in the cm. I didn't O last month until cd20 so I took soya isoflavones to try bring it forward as I only have 29 day cycle.

Does anyone else get this before ovulation? And if so, how long after did you ovulate? I'm having flashing smileys but opk strips still negative.

Hey! Iv never had this so not much help. But from my understanding ovulation bleeding is common and it would happen as the egg releases so I'd count that day as O day! Do you use opks ? X

@Fifi1086 I had this last month, woke up one morning and had loads of watery CM with brown blood when I wiped. I thought this was ovulation day but I didn't actually get EWCM until 4 or 5 days later so I think my actual ovulation day was after the blood (14 days later I got AF so I know this one is the right ovulation date). I'll be looking out for this again this month, I should ovulate on Tuesday or Wednesday so we'll see what happens this weekend!

@Fifi1086 this exact scenario has happened to me last night and this morning. Flashing smileys and OPKs still negative. Apparently it could be ovulation bleeding i looked up on online however I haven’t got any more detail apart from that.

I was concerned as it appears it happens when an egg is released which means i’ve ovulated but I’m certain I haven’t!

Hey everyone thanks for the replies! Yeah very strange but I ovulated today and got a very strong peak yesterday so who knows why I had it! I continued to have it all week right until today when I ovulated!

@Fifi1086 I had this too, blood streaked in ewcm- I presumed also meant egg release. Hoping we caught it in time! Good luck to you!
