Is Pregnacare before Conception messing with my ovulation?

This cycle I started taking pregnacare before ovulation tablets. My cycle is usually 27/28 days.
Last cycle I got a positive OPK on CD12.
This month I am on CD13 and day 6 of flashing smiley but the cheapie OPK's are showing nothing.
I'm just wondering if the pregnacare is messing with my hormones/ovulation.
If I do eventually get a peak O then my Luteal phase is going to be 11 days or less. Slightly worried.
(We have been DTD every other day just to keep ourselves covered).
My cm yesterday was a bit wet and watery and cloudy but this is the first time checking this so not entirely sure I know what I'm doing there.

There are several threads about pregnacare affecting menstrual cycle. Seems to be quite common

@dementedpixie thanks. I've just been reading them. Uhhh looks like this cycle isn't happening for me then!

An 11 day luteal phase is fine - 11-16 are normal. Under 10 is something to keep an eye on, if it’s regular.

@tulips87 try not to worry. I started pre conception vitamins for half a cycle then a full cycle. Went from 28day cycle with day 13/14 ovulation to a 36 day cycle with day 23 as ovulation and I got my BFP this morning. Apparently the extended cycle is exactly what my body needed.

@Fireplacedreamer thanks for replying. I was thinking about not taking them anymore from today but I might as well carry on for this cycle and see how I get on. I've always had 28day cycles so like you say, it might not be a bad thing! Congratulations on your BFP!!!! c

Panic over. I got a peak this evening. Surprised though as late morning the lines were clear on the cheapie but flashing on CB.
