Supplements for ovulation/fertility

Does anyone have any personal recommendations on supplements for ovulation/fertility? Specifically conceive plus as the reviews look really good? X

I took everything recommended in the book 'It Starts with the Egg' and got pregnant by the third month at 41. I had previously failed IVF and was told we had zero chance of conceiving naturally. Might have been a coincidence, but seems unlikely. I know Vit D is important, too.
