I had a bit of brown blood at 5 weeks, not lots but my DD is 9 months old now.

I think it can be from the implantation?

Africa2go · 05/03/2021 22:07

Also had some brown blood (and then more reddish blood) at 5+1. I had twins. Got everything crossed for you xx

should have added I went to EPU bit they wouldn't scan me until 4 days later. All was OK.

BettyOBarley · 05/03/2021 22:11

I had brown blood at 5/6 weeks with both of my DC. The first time I went to EPU as I'd recently had a MC and they said 5/6 weeks is prime time for further implantation.
Good luck with everything Flowers

I had brown spotting with 2 of my 3 successful pregnancies around the same time, with one I got mini 'periods' for the first few months.

For my first trimester loss, it went quickly from brown to red, unlike the others which stopped. Hopefully yours is also good news Flowers

I conceived around March 10th. My hcg on 26 March was 240. I had spotting with cramps and my hcg dropped to 140. Drs assumed ectopic or miscarriage. 1st April my hcg went up to 450. I have a scan on Apr 5. Anyone experience fall n rise of hcg. It's driving me mad. When they scanned me they said my womb lining is thick and corpus producing hcg. Maybe I'm too early to see gestational sac. My confusion is the rise n fall. They checked for ectopic and ruled it out atm. Please help
