Hi girls, I was rubbish at keeping up on the last thread but just wanted to update that I got a faint line on Monday and the following FRER's through the week! I'm only still 14dpo but a after AF showed at 9DPO last month I really wasn't expecting it, very excited but very anxious as super early days. I hope you're all doing good 💜.

@LauraT94 from the last thread I’m stepping away from the tests until Sunday I think. I’m not sure it will sink in until i get a nice dark line or a digital.

@MissC07 omg another brilliant thread set up! Love the write up but my god I'm never setting another thread up as it will be shameful in comparison!

So ladies - OH had his SA this morning and I emailed the doctor's secretary to let her know the last test has been done and can I please arrange a follow up. She emailed me with a number to call to set this up (no offence but how does it work to have a secretary that doesn't set up appointments?). It was the wrong number but the person gave me the right one to call - which in turn took 15min of being on hold to get through... only to be told my 8th of July appointment is the follow up! I told them surely it's unreasonable to have to wait 6 months between appointments just to hear what my results are? So the central booking guy agreed and said he'd try and move it forward for me, and booked it in for the 25th of March - PHEW!

Now I'm panicking that the SA results might not be done by then? But surely they should be!

@Juno231 omg thank goodness you checked and that the booking guy was happy to help you bring it forward! I'm sure the SA results will be back in time! So glad it's only a few weeks to wait for you to get your follow up.

Soooo another update on the beetroot juice 🤢 I don't know how to put this delicately but about half hour after downing my glass after lunch, my tummy started making gurgling sounds... Let's say I've not been far from the toilet since! I'm pissed off as I didn't even want to drink the bloody stuff in the first place, forced myself to because I thought it would be good for me and now I'm being punished haha!! Bloody beetroots!!!

Thank you so much all 🥰. It was a strange one! Previously only had a 25 day cycle with ovulation on day 17 since stopping the pill so I thought I had a luteal phase issue... actually thought I wasn't going to ovulate at all this cycle and got myself into a bad place relentlessly OPK but eventually caught a line on day 22 and O on day 23. Expected another pathetic LP which is why I tested at 9DPO and saw the faint line!
I did use conceive plus this month and tried the silly things of using a mooncup after dtd! Not sure if any of that actually contributed... also took B6 as that supposedly helps with luteal phase along with a few Brazil nuts each day after something random I read!
Just praying this sticks, my first ever experience of a positive.

@Juno231 you are the master of negotiations! Well done. I don't think it will take the lab more than a few minutes to complete the test, and it needs to be done when the sperm is fresh (ahem), so they should have the results by now I would imagine!

@LauraT94 Sorry, your beetroot juice story made me LOL! Maybe I won't get some with my food shop this afternoon

Ladies... after a week of brain fog and exhaustion I took a B12 supplement (I had previously cut down to just my prenatal). B12 is a wonder drug!! My brain fog has lifted and I feel like i could go for a run!!

@Kay00 yay for the brain fog lifting! That’s interesting about b12. Sorry about the low temp. Your OPK was so strong! Maybe you’ll get a delayed temp rise!

@Juno231 that’s amazing you got your appointment brought forward! And crazy they can’t give you the results sooner? We finally managed to get DH’s SA booked in for two weeks! Yay. And in a more local place so no roadside ahem production 😂

Not much to report here. CD14 plodding along with low OPKs and grapefruit juice. I agree with you @Sperr I love it 😄

Day 3 of peak OPKs from me but the bright red blood has stopped now so maybe that was O spotting 🤷🏻‍♀️ Just wait and see what my temps do now

Did a Wondfo 20miu this morning (8dpo - I know it's ridiculous!!) And I feel like there's the faintest of faint lines 🤔 definitely not getting excited just yet and I'll definitely still be drinking my cocktails tonight for OH's 31st birthday 🥳🥳

Won't be offended if no one else can see anything, I barely can 😂 serves me right for testing at 8dpo!

@ChinChilly I think it's a good idea to wait until tomorrow. When were/are you due AF? There's definitely progression from the top frer to the bottom.

@Kay00 Did you sleep through last night? I woke again at 3.55am - my body clock seems to set itself very easily! I did get back to sleep this time though 🙌 My temp was 0.14 lower than yesterday at the same time so I was expecting to see AF but nothing yet.

@LauraT94 (from the last thread) I'm 10dpo today so it's not ovulation spotting...I think with my temp drop AF could be on her way. Weird that the spotting pretty much stopped but I guess I'll just have to WAS! Did you test this morning? I stupidly did! But it was a BFN!

@LauraT94 not sure what Wonderfo are but I can see what you can see and would be tempted to use a FRER if you still have any of the wee

@TheDaydreamBelievers ah thanks for the second opinion! Glad you can see something too. I won't test again today, will do a FRER in the morning! ❤️ Wondfo are just a brand of IC but I found them to be super sensitive! Their lines tracked almost exactly with FRERs when I was testing for a negative after my MC

@LauraT94 oh yes! I see it now! I would test with a frer tomorrow 🤞 I used a Frer and a ic this morning...last month with my chemical the easy@home ic was so faint it made my eyes hurt! But the frer was pretty clear so I think I'll get the Wondfo ones next time if you think they're good and track like frers!

@LauraT94 I definitely see a faint line 👀 and your chart looks good!

@FlyingGiraffe I’m not 100% sure when I’m due on because I think I ovulated later than I thought so possibly yesterday or today maybe.

I just started spotting again and its red this time so I think I'm out! At least I made it to a double figure LP...sort of!...just?! 🥴🤷‍♀️

@FlyingGiraffe thank you! I tested again this morning even though i said I wouldn’t because i clearly have ZEROOOOOO!!!! self control 🙄 I won’t bore you all with line pics though 🤣

How long was your last LP? Is that an improvement or the same?

@ChinChilly Last month I had spotting from 3dpo but then had a chemical which happened on 17dpo. Before that I've had spotting anywhere from 6dpo and then AF actually start around 10ish-16dpo. The 16 day one I was spotting for 7 days before it got a bit heavier so I called that cd1 but in all honesty I find it so hard to know when CD1 is with all this spotting. I think maybe I should ask the doctor for some tests but I dont know if they'll dismiss me now cos they know I had a positive test last month. But surely all this early spotting isnt a good thing?! 🤷‍♀️ I tried agnus castus last month but only one capsule instead of the recommended 2 incase it messed up my cycle but I think I'm going to go for it this month after AF finishes and try the two 🙃🤞 Love that you tested again! 🤣 I think I would have too if I had as many tests as you! 😂 Hope it put your mind at ease a little bit xx
