Hi - we were in the same situation and managed to conceive naturally (we had 2 losses prior)
In the case of both PCOS and morphology there are quite a lot of things you can do, not to fix the situation but to give yourself the best chance!
I read several books, like 'taking charge of your fertility' and 'the fertility plan'(a bit woo that one but I found useful) and a few PCOS ones as well as becoming involved with the fertility community on Instagram.
For me, I made changes to my diet so thought carefully about carbs and sugars, took inositol and other supplements daily. Had acupuncture too which I loved, not sure if it helped but I enjoyed it so much for the stress benefits.
For DH, his morphology was at 1 or 2% at first test, he had several so I forget. He started on sperm improving supplements (started on conceive plus, then moved to some other ones called I think fertil man?) stopped having his beloved hot baths, we both drastically reduced alcohol, coffee and junk food.
I tried really hard to improve our diet, but without going crazy or unsustainable.
Not a miracle, but when retested 4 months later his morphology had increased to 4% which I believe is around the lowest range of normal. My PCOS symptoms also improved and I lost a little bit of weight although wasn't overweight to start with. We conceived our DD naturally about 6-7 months after making changes.
I would also say that I tried temperature charting with the app I think fertility friend? For several months and it was useful to help me understand my cycle more, however I found it quite stressful and ended up stopping charting and just trying to enjoy regular sex and that is when we conceived. Everyone is different though and I am not saying 'just relax' as that used to piss me off so much when it was said to me.
More to do your best to manage stress in your life as much as you can, and get sleep, because prolonged stress triggers inflammatory stuff in the body that can worsen PCOS symptoms from what I've read!
Wishing you the best of luck!
