Can I start temping on CD6?

I've never tracked BBT before. Does it have to be started on CD1, or can it be a few days after?

I've been tracking bbt for the last 7-8 months. The first time I did it was CD4 I think. The apps become more reliable with more data. So may take a couple of cycles but you may as well start.
I use fertility friend as find this the best app for reading charts.

@LemonDrizzle44 thank you. Yeah my thinking was along those lines, got to start somewhere! It will surely get more accurate as the months go by etc. I've also heard about FF being good so I'll be sure to use that

I would. I started post ov last month as that's when BBT thermometer arrived. Got into the swing of it ready for this cycle (also got DH in routine of ignoring alarm and not talking to me straight away )
