How many times should you DTD when trying?

Exactly what it says!

How many times is considered actively trying?

I would say every other day in FW would be classed as trying. Anything more is definitely trying!!
We are every other day at the moment and then hopefully SMEP when I hit peak ovulation.

That sounds like a good plan! I do like the SMEP and have heard a lot of success stories. We jumped into IVF as we thought something was wrong, even though we have a young one concieved naturally.

But having looked at my calendar for the past two years we have only managed 5 months of trying twice in a week. Maybe we just need to up the dtd. It sounds ridiculous but we never tried for our first so I thought once or twice was fine.

I'm also going for SMEP!! Let me know how you get along! X

Definitely every 2-3 days from like CD10-20 for a regular 28 day cycle I'd say!

I try for every other day from when af finishes, then every day in fertile window until a few days after lol

Every day or every other day for most of my cycle other than when on my period did it for us! X
