I wanted to let people know whom are trying that I took Zita West and then I couldn't afford them I used Pregnacare pre conception. Both are excellent.
Now I'm pregnant, I am taking the 0 - 12 weeks Zita West vitamins. These are a good option if you are over 35.
I didn't do anything else xxx
