Hi All,

Can I join you? My first time posting. I've only just discovered this site. Anyway, I have been blessed with DS (after 11 months TTC) and he's now 3. We've been TTC for number 2 for 12 months now - so one month longer than last time. I'm getting peaks on my cbfm, and also through checking my cm I'm pretty sure I'm ovulating. Cycles regular at 27/28 days.
Really really don't want to go see doc, but know I probably should (I just turned 35)... it's just that I feel if I go to the doc then I'm kind of properly getting serious about it all.
Getting broodier and broodier as the months progress and worried that it's never going to happen.

Any advice for a newbie ladies?

No real advice since you seem to know your stuff. Just wanted to say hang on in there. Ds2 took 15 months to happen (I was 33).

Thanks you guys. Maybe you're right, I do need to see doc. I did go after 11months ttc number 1, and like you, I fell pregnant before I could get the initial tests done! Hey, if only we could look into the future.

Thanks much x

I would go to your GP.

You cannot solely rely on charting and cm to check if you are ovulating. These can be misleading indicators. A surefire way of knowing whether you are ovulating or not is to have a blood test done to see what your hormone levels are like.
