Hi all
Just after some advice
I currently use 2 apps to monitor ovulation and my temps each day...
Now today premom changed my ovulation date to CD18 and FF has my ovulation date as CD17
Which shall I use??
I had my peak on day 17 and then my temp rose on Day 18

Judging by your chart, a nice clear temp shift. Cd17 is ovulation
