Over 40 and pregnant 🙂

Hi ladies.
I just found I am pregnant at 42. We had been trying for over a year snd had an mc. I have one son already who is 7 years old.
I feel so happy yet sooooooo tired lol...
We only found out 4 days ago. I'm 5 weeks 4 days
The funny thing is, we decided we weren't going to try anymore and then 3 weeks later bfp!! xxxx

Thank you so very much for your comments. I know it helped me when I was trying to see how many others concieved at 40 plus.. I didn't do anything in particular but two things really: regular sex and I used zita West vitamins and that was it! I had caffeine, I even had a glass of wine now and then. I honestly believe it happened when I stopped trying.
I don't know if this helps also but it is worth having your amh levels checked.
@courtrai have you had your amh levels checked hunny?

@Kitekat81 thank you hunny. I've had 4 myself since 39 years old. It's been a hard long road but 39 is still enough time. Have you had a child before? Have you had your amh levels checked? Xx

On and off for over a year now. Am 45 so am sure it won't happen... but I just love reading these great stories of people being successful. It would be our #2, so I can't complain at all. It would be nice to have another but unlikely!
Am so excited for you - being pregnant can be such a great experience (once you get through the morning sickness...!). Sending you lots of love and positive thoughts xxx

Hey hun mine was 8.49...I'm 42...so yes it is quite high for my age. I have heard you can still concieve at 2 hun but it may take longer. When it reaches 1 then its much harder. How old are you hun? Have you considered ivf? I was going to start this year xx

The other issue is that most eggs are damaged now but it only takes one good one!! I saw a lady post and her amh was similar and got pregnant but she was younger. I honestly think it is just about catching that tight egg hun xxx

Prague is alot cheaper than the UK and they do package deals too for example 3 x attempts for the price you'd pay once in the UK xx
