How did you feel right before your BFP?

I felt absolutely normal, no PMS, no nausea nothing. That's what made me think I could be pregnant. All the other months I had a wealth of "symptoms" but wasn't pregnant.

Annoyingly the symptoms of early pregnancy or af are so similar it's like our bodies want to torment us 🙈

For me one pregnancy I noticed bumps on my nipples and felt sick and had twinges the 2nd I was convinced I wasn't as had none of them and we were! They were following cycles as the first unfortunately was an early loss but as so close I remembered the feelibg and the 2nd (now nearly 1) felt totally different
Although, both times I had a gut feeling I was but 2nd convinced myself I wasn't due to lack of symptoms 😂

Basically as crap as it is you won't know til you get a positive whether it's definitively pregnancy or af 😩 good luck though!!

I just knew I was pregnant the day before I got my BFP!

10dpo I woke up with horrific trapped wind, something I hadn't experienced since I was a kid! It was so out of the blue and weird for me that I just knew something was different. I went to bed that night and could barely sleep as I was so excited to get up and test the next day haha! Sure enough I got my BFP the next morning on 11dpo! That one ended in MMC but I'm in my TWW now so 🤞🏻

But as PP have said, the signs and symptoms of early pregnancy and AF can be SO similar that it's hard to have any definitive answers other than a BFP! I'm sure there are other ladies who have been absolutely sure they were pregnant like I was, only to get BFNs.

Good luck either way!

I am not sure about the result of this test…….am I pregnant? The test line is certainly lighter than the control line.

What’s your opinion guys?

BFP
EishetChayil · 19/01/2022 06:33

Definitely pregnant! The line doesn't have to be as dark as the control line.

Tilly345657 · 19/01/2022 06:34

@EishetChayil really? You definitely think it’s a positive?? I am trying not to get my hopes up, I thought I would struggle (no reason why, I just thought I would)

I only had the coil removed last month so must have caught on during my first cycle.

Daisypod · 19/01/2022 09:15

@Tilly345657 so far this morning I have read 3 threads and you have asked on them all about your test. I'm afraid it is considered bad form to post on other peoples threads, you should start your own thread if you want opinions on your test. It can be very upsetting for people who have a thread where there is doubt as to whether they have a positive for someone else to come along on post there obviously positive test

Tilly345657 · 19/01/2022 09:21

@Daisypod thank you for your comment.
I posted because I was not sure if the test if positive, so to me it is not obvious.

I have also had my struggles with fertility in the past so I do sympathise, but there is nothing to state I cannot post on others post. In addition, I have received some very helpful comments which have certainly helped me today.

Have a good day
