I recently came off the pill I think it was mid January. I have worked out that I should be due to ovulate now/next couple of days but I still haven't got to grips with my regular cycle yet due to only being off the pill for a month and half. Think I'm on calendar day 11 of my cycle.
My boobs have become slightly sore and I've been having period like cramps as well as twinges on the right hand side of my abdomen. Could this be ovulation pain? I've also had ever so slightly light brown egg white discharge (tmi).
Anyone else experienced this? Trying to figure out if my ovulation day is today or if these signs mean I'm leading up to ovulation. Me and my partner are now TTC so trying to get my head around my cycle as I've been on the pill for about 10 years. I'm 32 soon, not sure if she plays a factor in this?
Any advice would be appreciated x
