Early ovulation?

Hello ladies

I'm just looking for some advice and whether I should contact my gp.
Here's my story. I'd be grateful if anyone could tell me what's going on

So I did ovulation test on 27th Feb thinking I'm ovulating on 3rd march, but it came back very strong. Luckily we'd dtd (25th) before 27th so I was covered. Then again on 27th. Oh I also did ovulation test yesterday and it was low, suggesting I'd already ovulated earlier!

Since yesterday 6pm, I've had very bad lower back pain, then last night very period like cramps and bloody mucus (sorry TMI). My lower abdomen also hurt, esp right side.

I still have lower back pain now and the pinky bleeding.

Is there any chance this is implantation bleeding? I've NEVER had mid cycle bleed ever.

Any thoughts welcome because I'm going nuts thinking my period is due on 18th and how will I survive till then! This back pain is bad enough to take paracetamol for.

More than likely just ovulation bleeding. It can happen. I’ve had it a couple of times and only realised it was ovulation bleeding because I was tracking my cycle, otherwise I would have thought it was extremely random!

Impossible for it to be implantation as it occurs at the absolutely earliest 6 days after ovulation.

The ovulation tests detect the surge of LH but then you don’t ovulate until 12-36 hours later, so it’s likely you ovulated on 28th, which coincides with the bleeding and cramps you felt.
