Well my friend got pregnant with her second set of twins at 47. Her first set were 17 at the time! All well.

I would suggest getting the book "it starts with the egg" and maybe speaking to your gp. The book gives advice on how to make your eggs better quality even as an older mother.

It includes things like take vitamins and Coq10 supplements.
Dont use plastic stuff in the kitchen, so glass bowls etc.

I was 43. One of my doctors had a hard time believing I hadn't had IVF on the quiet. He said he sees women in their forties pregnant all the time but that in almost every single case they've had to have help of some kind. I took red clover and folic acid but that was all.

I gave birth last June when I was 44, conceived at 43. Completely natural and no problems😀
