Is it normal to have cramps 3DPO??

I've been having pretty intense abdominal cramps for the past 24hrs. I'm 3dpo so its too early to be a sign of implantation? Just wondering if this is a normal thing / potential sign of v. early pregnancy? I've only recently come off birth control and struggling to remember what the normal monthly aches and pains are!

It's probably too early for implantation if you are sure of ovulation dates. Possibly bowel pain? I have IBS and get quite painful episodes.

Yeah maybe, I'll take some paracetamol and see if that helps :-) ...it's ridiculous that I'm already symptoms spotting...it's going to be a long 2 weeks!
