When to test?

Hi everyone

I need some help trying to figure out when to do a pregnancy test.
Since coming off the pill I have been TTC and had 4 periods so far. On average my periods have been 32 days long.
This month I had some signs of ovulation coming like EWCM on CD11 and so decided to do an ovulation test.
The result was a clearblue digital positive. I am pretty sure I caught the end of the surge as the same evening I had what I think was ovulation pain.
Anyway my actual question is, as I got a positive opk as early as CD11 on a 32 day cycle - do I still wait until the first day of a missed period or would it be fine to test on 14 dpo?
Going on the positive opk I am about 9 or 10 days dpo but because of the 32 day cycle, my period is technically not due for another 12 days.
Would really appreciate if anyone who has had a similar cycle can advise.

Sorry I just noticed I wrote above that my periods are 32 days long! I meant my cycles are 32 days long.

Hey there! My cycles are on avg 27days, so not the same length but I would say if you really want to test early get a FRER so it’s semi accurate but I personally try to wait until after my missed period as I haven’t had accurate results testing early in the past 🙂 hope this helps!
What DPO are you now? I’m at 12dpo crossing my fingers this month is my month, had an early loss in the beginning of Jan at exactly 6+0 and before that at 8+6 in Oct

Hi! I have 32 day cycles and started used CB ovulation tests this month. I had flashing smileys on CD12&13 and then solid smiley on CD14. I tested yesterday on CD28 (so 14DPO) and got a faint but obvious positive

I have my fingers for you that this will be your month.
I think I am about 10 DPO now. No symptoms yet but heres hoping too. I have a FRER and have asked DH to hide it until I am atleast 14 DPO to stop myself!

Af is due in two days for me so I’m really crossing my fingers but I’m suspicious something is going on because my stomach has been out of sorts and I’ve been having a lingering headache recently.. we’ll see 🤞🏻🤷‍♀️

I think I will test on Saturday, which should be 14 DPO for me. Not much in the way of symptoms yet but it was the same during my TWW for my first pregnancy so I am holding out hope.

@Maemar when is AF due for you? Do you usually test before it’s due? I can’t bring myself to ever test early haha

Not testing early is honestly the way to go to avoid disappointment I think but I can't help myself!
So I am what I think is 13 DPO today. Tested this morning with a FRER and it was negative. Don't know if I should feel that's the end of that yet as my period is technically not due till next week Friday, another 7 days. I guess will have to wait and see.
