Hi all

So I have had 3 previous losses one being a chemical and I am just afraid it is happening again... I am 16dpo (1 day late af). I got my first postive at 10dpo.. however they have stopped getting darker and this morning even lighter (16dpo)... anyone else have experience where the line just didnt get any darker? Does this look like a chemical?

Sorry for your previous losses. I've also had multiple chemical pregnancies but the line never got this dark. It could be the dye in the test or how much you drank etc so try not to worry. If you can't stop worrying with your history I would contact your dr and see if they will do a blood test to check the levels are doubling, much more accurate than these tests and should put your mind at rest. Congratulations :)

@Lbyrne121 hi I know this post is old but I’m in the same situ now, was this a positive outcome? xxx

Hi sorry for the delay in writing back, this ended up in a missed miscarriage. I seen baby on scan with a heart beat at 6 weeks but at 8 weeks heart beat was gone.. my hcg was doubling nicely and my tests did get dark so dont go by these tests.. I since got pregnant and had a baby in March 2022, my tests were just like these ones for my successful pregnancy so don't get too worried about them..
