When to start TTC?

Hi. I came off Cerazette at Christmas and been using condoms since then while my cycles settle. I've now had two full cycles of exactly 28 days each, so do you think we're OK to start trying (baby No 1) this month?

Thanks @2021WillBeMyBitch We'll have a chat about it today. Will be good to ditch the condoms soon anyway - hardly used any for years before now. Was laughing as I put it on him this morning that I felt like a naughty teenager having a quickie after the school prom!

Yay! Started on our TTC journey this evening - first time ever for me with no pill or condom. Felt an incredible sense of release and excitement!

Are you just randomly having sex or is this timed sex for being at the right point for ovulation?
Depends if now you’ve decided, you want it to happen fast or you’re just more relaxed. Lots of people have a relaxed few months and if it doesn’t happen then get more ‘regimented’.

@WombatChocolate Literally just decided today to go for it, so no charting or anything. Period finished 25th, so not near ovulation yet. But really, just a complete beginner with this so we'll just make love as usual this month, minus contraception, and see what happens. Thrilled just to be trying at last for now
