Cryptic pregnancy

So I know this is a long shot abd probably not the case but just curious. I've had suspected chemical pregnancies for the last 3 months but I just feel pregnant, feel very nauseous like with my first. But having waves of faint positives.

Waiting for my blood test result (had taken yesterday) but stumbled across this and wondered if anyone has had one?? It's seriously made me consider a private scan but I'm pretty sure I'm just overthinking 🙈🙈🙈

I've not had a period since I stopped the pill in November and had presumed chemical pregnancies since early December with no period (not even a pill withdrawal bleed)

Would love if anyone had an experience of this to share or could (nicely) talk some sense into me 🙈😂

Hmm sounds like an odd situation - would have expected for you to have bleeding after a chemical when it resolved itself. Have you had continuous faint positives or is it faint positive, neg, f pos, neg etc?

Cryptic pregnancies are pretty rare but obviously a thing! However I believe that generally a cryptic pregnancy is still picked up on home pregnancy tests and during medical examinations - usually its a case of the woman having no symptoms and being unaware she is pregnant as opposed to the pregnancy not 'showing up' when tested for (not sure my description makes sense).

Either way you've done the sensible thing and gone for tests 👍🏻 Let us know what the outcome is. And either way, best of luck going forwards!

Yeah me too that's one reason they want to check as I should have bled by now.

It looked like faint pos then neg but could've been my sample I suppose and didn't think to test in between.

Been feeling stupidly sick the last couple of weeks, which is why I tested again.

Think I'm imagining things last night I could've sworn I could feel flutters 🙈

I only stumbled across it when looking at low hcg levels apparently you can have it with negative tests, I didn't know it was a thing except people not realising not that it could be not detected. I'm pretty sure it's not tbh but my mind is going crazy 🙈

I've never heard of a cryptic pregnancy but from what you have said there seems to be a chance you are pregnant. I hope you get your blood results soon.
