High FSH - rapid increase

Hi - wondering if anyone has experience in their FSH rate increasingly very rapidly.
In the past 12 months I have had 2 miscarriages, after both my cycles became very irregular. Last week I went to have my bloods taken and am now told I have very high FSH and the chances of conception naturally are low. This is total shock, I've fallen pregnant 5 times easily in my life so now to be told this is a problem I'm trying to get my head around.
My FSH in June was 3, in December 10 and now 20. Is it normal to increase at that rate? wondering if the results are wrong, but dont want to be naiive and set myself up for more disappointment if they could be correct and this is reality.
I am currently 41 years old.

Hi how are you. I know this was posted a while ago how have you got on since. Are you getting tested on day 3 of your period. I was 14.6 Oct 19 the doc said I was fine. I asked to get tested to see if I was menapousal. I only just found out my result as I called to ask them due to getting ivf. I will be asking for more tests this eee8as my period is due. Xx

So sorry about your miscarriages. Are they investigating the reason why this is happening. Xx

@brevans

Hi. Sorry you’re going through this. I know this is an old post but I’m also 41 now and have had a rapid increase in fsh. Last year fsh was 6.7 and amh 16. Last month fsh was 24. So shocked and my last IVF cycle was cancelled.

I’ve been so depressed as worried I won’t be able to transfer what I have frozen.
