Disappearing faint positive?

Hi all,

I am currently approx 10dpo. I tested earlier and thought I might have seen a very very very faint line, though hard to tell really. I obviously couldn’t wait until tomorrow, so tested again this afternoon and got what seemed to be a faint positive, though still a bit of dye on the strip (see pic) but then it disappeared five or ten mins later.

Has anyone else had this? Is it likely to be a false positive, or is it possible that it faded because it’s too early?

Either way, I guess I’m going to have to be patient and wait to test again in the morning!

I think it's probably faded because it's early and it's an afternoon wee! Try again tomorrow with FMU?

@ottie27 wee is much more dilute in the morning than first thing and you are testing very early! Wait a couple of days, do a test first thing in the morning and youll have a clear answer :)

I can definitely see some colour in place of the first line so this could be a very very early positive. Morning wee is best for testing as the HGH levels are highest. Try testing again in the morning but if you can stand it wait until the day after tomorrow, that will give even more time for your levels to double hopefully giving you a clearer result. Best of luck

Thank you so much for your help everyone. I have tested again yesterday and today and still getting a mix of faint positives and negatives. Now 12 dpo-ish so thinking the positives may actually be evap lines and I’m out for the month. Have tried to test using FMU but I always need to get up and wee in the night so not sure it makes any difference in my case!

@Amki90 have you tested again today? How did you get on?

Oh sorry if my post was misleading, I’m due in just under 9 weeks but my first results looked exactly like yours.
