Very Light Periods

Hello - I posted this on another forum but think i might get some good responses here
TMI warning
Since I removed my copper IUD 10 months ago, my periods have become incredibly light. Like, barely any blood at all. (TMI coming up) Blood is kind of brown and clumpy.
Honestly if it wasn't for hygiene I would barely need to change protective gear (I use period panties and so change every day as standard) but honestly my periods last 1-2 days of barely bleeding. Not healthy and hearty red flow.
I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and prescribed Clomid sad But lean PCOS. I am BMI under 22. I am going to wait for a few months to take the Clomid as my husband is taking supplements to improve his sperms progressive motility. So I feel like now is a good time to identify and work on these things.
Has this ever happened to anyone before? I've read all sorts of things about how light and brownish periods means your womb is not clearing out properly and could have negative implications for getting, or staying pregnant.
Any advice that anyone could share? Never thought I'd say that I want to bleed MORE but I feel like this is not right.
I have asked my fertility doctor and they had very little to say on it tbh.
