Loosing weight while TTC

Hi ladies hoping to get some friends for support towards reaching my goal of at least 86kg (she say Shock Grin ).
A bit about myself. I'm have a BMI of over 30, trying to get below while I'm ttc. I had my 2 other kids while being having a BMI of over 30 but I was in my early 30's. I'm now 36 came of the pill in nov and fell pregnant in dec but had a mc in jan :-(
Decided now to prepare my body for baby. Started taking VIT D & B and folic and hoping to loose weight (have put on a bit since lockdown).
Starting my healthy eating today and for people to start journey with me. It will help to motivate and inspire others.
Today did a 4k run, gonna have smoothie and eggs later. Flowers

We have been loosely trying over a year - had a MMC at 12 weeks at the end of 2019. I don’t have any children and 35 and thought I need to lose some weight before continuing trying for a baby, as I had put on another stone and a half over lockdown and already had a stone and a half to lose! Been following a slimming app for 4 weeks and now got a positive pregnancy test! Not saying it has anything to do with the 7lbs I lost but funny how things happen. I am now worried about another MMC and also being told I am obese at appointments! The worry never stops. Good luck to you and all I can give as advice is plan your meals at the start of the week and tell your self it is ok to be hungry. Flowers

I know what you mean about over thinking now. Pray you and baby will be ok. Amen.
Just spoke to gp and she also mentioned to stay healthy etc. Just wanna make sure I'm staying fit cos I fell pregnant very quick in nov when I was gyming loads. Doesnt help now that gyms are closed lol. So wanna loose the few pounds I've put on.
Defo dont starve yourself, it's all about portion control and eating healthy.
