Slightly underweight - will a trigger shot work?

So, I just started in fertility treatment with my partner. I have a mild case of pcos, but I’m slightly underweight and had an eating disorder in the past. I still try to balance a healthy exercise regimen and diet plan. It still quite tuff though, and I work hard on doing the right thing for my health.
However, my doc put me on clomid for 5 days, and I got a trigger shot (Ovitrelle), just yesterday.
So my question is.. has anyone in here been underweight or just slightly underweight while trying to conceive? And can it be possible?
I’m not planning to stay underweight. Just looking for reassurance that a trigger shot can work in releasing an egg, in spite of starting from a low body weight.
I got a scan before taking the trigger shot, and it looks like clomid is doing it’s job, since there was a big follicle, ready for ovulationSmile
