Positive test... do you see the line?

Ladies... I’m freaking out here (in a good way!) I’ve had no symptoms other than feeling a little more tired than usual but just decided to to take a test on a whim. I’m only 9dpo but do you see that line? Please... help convince me I’m not going mad!

@snowyfairy - have you done any other different brand tests to confirm pregnancy? I’ve had a few like this today and yesterday but I wasn’t convinced they were genuine positives because they aren’t as thick as the control line? I was worried they were indent/evap lines.

@CG21 no not yet, this is the only one I’ve done so far. I’m going to try a digital one in the morning. I did wonder about it being an evap line but it appeared really quickly so keeping fingers crossed. Wishing you all the best too x

@snowyfairy - I did a digital Clearblue and it came back no pregnant. I had about 5 FRER tests that came up like yours. I also did two Clearblue non-digital tests and both of those appeared to come up with faint positives too.

But due to the negative digital and all of the mystery around indents/evaps - I’m not sure what to think.

@CG21 how many DPO are you?
I believe the digital tests are less sensitive so often don't get a positive on those until AF is late, whereas you may get a faint line on early tests as they're more sensitive.

@Magnum99 I’m 16DPO I believe. My period is 2/3 days late now. I tested on a digital this morning. Negative again x

I'm 14 dpo, still a chance implantation occurred late so maybe just too soon for a BFP. Or maybe an egg was fertilised but hasn't stuck, so maybe some hormones which are preventing AF from starting but not enough hormone for a BFP. Only time will tell I suppose.

I was reading that weight can also cause a late BFP, I'm technically obese so that could be what's going on. Again, just a waiting game.

I was thinking the same regarding late implantation or the pregnancy just not having ‘stuck’.

I’ve just recalculated, I’m 15DPO and 2/3 days late. So very similar to you.

However, I don’t think I’m overweight so I don’t think that could be a possible explanation for me.

Like you said, it’s a waiting game. I will cross my fingers for us both.

Hi! I'm jumping on here because I'd like some line eyes please, going spare here!

Bit about me - I already have a 2-yr old, this is my first cycle TTC this time around and according to the OPK I took I'm 15 days DPO (so quite late on), however my AF isn't due for another 3 days. Anyhow, I'd given up for this cycle but have tried another test for luck (plus I want a bottle of prosecco tomorrow as it's my 35th birthday!)

What do you reckon...I've tweaked the photo and not sure if I'm seeing things!?

@pumpkinspice22 I can definitely see something! More so on the tweaked photo than the original. Maybe try again when AF is due x
