Hi all,
I wanted to find out - has any ever taken a pregnancy test in the afternoon using diluted urine and received a "false" negative?
I'm currently on day 34 of my, normally, clockwork 31 day cycle which means I'm 3 days late. I don't feel pregnant (i.e. I don't have any symptoms other than a late period) but it is very unusual for me to be late with my period. I usually have 3-4 days of spotting before my period and even that's not happened...
I've just taken a Clearblue Digital Pregnancy Test and it's come back as "Not Pregnant", however my urine is VERY dilute as I drink a lot of water every day and have already had 2 litres of water and so my urine is very clear.
Could this be impacting the test results even though I'm 3 days late or would this be unlikely now?
I've been TTC since September 2020 after sadly experiencing an early miscarriage in August 2020 and I'm so tired of seeing "not pregnant" but my period has ALWAYS been on time give or take maybe 1 day at most.
I know I ovulated around 4/5th Feb and so surely, irrespective of dilute urine I should have positive result IF I was pregnant?
