Hi all. I had a laparoscopy to remove some fibroids, plus a tiny blob on endo about 6 weeks back. I've noticed today my LH stick in peak on day 14. For the last year I've ovulated on day 17 of a 28 day cycle. Is ovulation moving post lap/fibroid removal a thing? It's only happened this month but then I'm super regular and have had a period on time post laparoscopy.
