OPK's and confusing results...

Advice needed please ladies! :)

TTC for about 6 months but with some abnormal blood results and potential diminished ovarian reserve (waiting for diagnosis). Trying naturally and have been using clearblue digital OPK's.

So here's where I'm confused:

Day 12 - EWCM & positive OPK (great)
Day 13 - EWCM and negative OPK, cramping - assumed Ovulation Day
Day 14 - Bloating (common when I ov)
Day 15 - Light pink CM (assumed ov bleeding?)
Day 16 - Nothing remarkable
Day 17 - Strange dull ache and twinges down there, did a opk and got a positive again?!
Day 18 - Another positive OPK
Day 19 (today)- Still positive?!

Any ideas?! Hubby is really struggling with the whole TTC journey so not DTD as much as we probably should be, but have I ovulated, am I ovulating?! I've never had more than one smiley face in a cycle, let alone 2 separate smileys and 3 days in a row!

Probably should add we didn't DTD around the first positive so definitely can't be PG.

You might not have ovulated the first time, I’ve had this this cycle. I had all the signs I was about to ovulate but my BBT didn’t confirm it. Then a week later I had more signs of ovulation so did an LH test and it was positive. Confirmed ovulation was 10 days after the first attempt!

Thanks for your reply! That’s strange I didn’t know it could happen like that! Do you think the 3 positives in a row are still suggesting ovulation is on its way? xx

Yeh it could be, I did my first test on Tuesday and had a clearblue smiley. Then smilies (and an even darker line) on Wednesday and Thursday. Then another smiley (but a lighter line) on Friday. Finally negative on Saturday. According to my temps I ovulated on the Thursday.

Ahh ok that’s really interesting , I’ve learnt something new thanks lovely, hopefully I’ll get a negative tomorrow (never thought I’d say that!). I have to book a blood test 7dpo so hopefully when it drops to negative and I book the test it’ll confirm either way if I did ovulate
