Ovulation Advice

Hi all

Looking for some guidance on ovulation testing.

Do I use first morning urine?
Do I test twice a day?

Someone mentioned not drinking for 4 hours?

I dont know when I will ovulate as this is my first cycle after my coil removal.
I am currently CD12 and I dont want to miss ovulation.

Can someone advise?

Do your tests not tell you when is best to use? If they are LH strips they will probably recommend afternoon testing. But yeah, the more you drink the more diluted the urine will be. It's a catch 22 cos you want to be hydrated enough for good CM but not so hydrated that your urine is too diluted.
